Members can open the Support page in the app and submit a request. We reply as promptly as we can.
Billing and cancellation
Manage billing from the Account page or the Stripe billing portal. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your paid period. See Subscription Terms for details.
Referrals
See your referral progress on the Referral page. Credits are awarded only after verified Stripe payments — see Referral Program Terms.
Saved documents
Your invoices, estimates, and saved tools remain in your profile while your membership is active.
